If your credit balance reaches zero:
- Your customers' VPN accounts will remain active for a grace period
- You'll receive urgent notifications to add credit
- No data is lost — your account, customers, and settings remain intact
We recommend maintaining at least 30 days' worth of credit to avoid any interruptions. You can check your credit balance and usage at any time in your dashboard.
