That agreement, together with our pricing page, defines billing, the credit-based daily charging model, refunds, account suspension, and acceptable use. 3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the VPNresellers service for any unlawful activity, to attack or compromise third-party systems, to send unsolicited communications, or to circumvent any technical limits we apply. We may suspend any reseller or end-user account that violates these rules.

Resellers may distribute our white label VPN applications and, where applicable, custom-branded versions of those applications, subject to the terms of the reseller agreement and the rules of each app store or distribution channel. The underlying software remains the property of VPNresellers.
5. Privacy

6. Intellectual property
