Credits that have been added to your account are non-refundable once used. However:
- Unused credit can be discussed with our support team on a case-by-case basis
- Credits never expire, so there's no rush to use them
- We recommend starting with the minimum ($100) to test the service before making larger deposits
We're confident in our service and most partners continue to add credit as their customer base grows.
