- WireGuard — Our default and recommended protocol. Fastest speeds, modern cryptography, low overhead.
- OpenVPN — Industry standard, highly configurable, works on virtually any device.
- IKEv2/IPsec — Great for mobile devices, fast reconnection when switching networks.
- L2TP/IPsec — Legacy protocol, supported for compatibility with older devices.
- PPTP — Legacy protocol, available for devices that don't support newer protocols.
We recommend WireGuard for the best balance of speed and security. All protocols are available on all 53+ server locations.
