My customer forgot their VPN password

    You can reset a customer's VPN password in several ways:

    1. Dashboard — Find the account in your VPNresellers dashboard and click 'Reset Password'
    2. WHMCS — The customer can reset their password from the client area
    3. API — Use the password reset endpoint

    The new password takes effect immediately across all servers. The customer will need to update their password in the VPN app or reconnect with the new credentials.

    Note: You manage passwords as the reseller. We don't have direct contact with your end customers.
