How do I suspend or delete a customer's VPN account?

You can manage customer accounts through multiple methods:

Via Dashboard: 1. Log in to your VPNresellers dashboard 2. Navigate to VPN Accounts 3. Find the customer's account 4. Click Suspend or Delete

Via WHMCS/WooCommerce: Accounts are automatically suspended when a customer's subscription expires or is cancelled.

Via API: Use the suspend or delete endpoints to programmatically manage accounts.

Important: Suspended accounts stop billing immediately. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Suspended accounts can be reactivated at any time.
