    1. Try a different server — Connect to a server closer to the customer's physical location
    2. Switch protocols — Try WireGuard (fastest) instead of OpenVPN or IKEv2
    3. Check the customer's base internet speed — Run a speed test without VPN to establish a baseline
    4. Check for ISP throttling — Some ISPs throttle VPN traffic on certain ports
    5. Update the app — Ensure the customer is using the latest version
    6. Try a wired connection — Wi-Fi can sometimes be the bottleneck
